How long will my project take?
It depends on the project. We can usually get smaller residential projects completed within a few weeks of the start date.
I have my own designs; can you work with them and modify them?
Yes, but there are some restrictions. Your designer will work with you on the analysis.
Are you architects? Do I need an architect? Do I need an architectural stamp?
Most residential projects do not require an Architect to oversee, review or seal drawings. We work with and hire Architects, Engineers and surveyors as might be required for your project. This helps us keep your costs down for those who do not need those services.
Do I need a permit? Do you file permits?
Permits are based on the building location. We prepare all the documents you will need for permitting. The permit will be filed by you or your contractor. If there are any questions or comments from your city/county, we will be happy to address those comments.
